Being Thankful

We all know that the holidays can be a bit stressful for everyone. Thankfully there are things that we can do to “less the stress”. What can you think of to make things a little bit less stressful during the holidays?

Hello! My name is Kimberly! I am married to my husband David of three years, I have one daughter, Ashley, and one Granddaughter, Kairi. I was born and raised in Kansas. I graduated High School in 1991. In March of 2018 I graduated from Ashford University with a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Behavioral Science. I am also a Certified Life Coach, a Certified Relationship Coach, Certified Lifestyle Expert, a Certified Motivational Speaker, and Confidence Coach & Mentor. Some things that I enjoy: Spending time with my family, cooking, housework and decorating, scrap booking, photography, hosting holiday parties, watching football, researching, dining out, and writing. I work with women, men, and couples on their goals. Coaching others has been so rewarding for not only my clients, but for myself as well. I absolutely love what I do and look forward each day to helping others. I have several programs for everyone, and they have become very helpful during our sessions. I work with clients via phone calls, emails, text messages, video chats, and in person. During this time, social distancing coaching is available.
